Today I have been listening to songs in English without subtitles to see if I understood the meaning of the lyrics. The songs I have heard have been: Can't fight the Moonlight which is from the Bar Coyote movie, Strong Enough by Cher and then I have started listening to old songs like It's my life by Bon Jovi, Everything I do by Bryan Adams , among other. After listening to the songs, as there were several phrases that I did not understand, I have put the songs with the subtitles to know what words they were about. But to make it easier, what I have done has been to write the lyrics of the songs on paper, underlining the words or phrases that I did not understand, I have looked for their meaning in the translator and thus I have been able to better understand the general meaning of the songs. Finally, I have listened to the pronunciation of the words and have started to sing the songs following the lyrics to practice and improve my pronunciation in English.
